The Program: Revitalize Your Ride focuses on the idea that in order to excel, you not only have to be a strong athlete, but you must also be an effective rider. In addition, the program recognizes that the strengths of and challenges for each horse-rider combination are unique, and will change frequently over time. With that in mind, Revitalize Your Ride helps you become a better rider by enhancing the skills and physical ability you already possess to help you achieve your highest athletic potential. In order to accomplish this, the program uses a combination of:
Biomechanical assessment of you, both on and off your horse
Physical injury assessment (in the clinic - if needed)
Home program for strength, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility
Clinical treatment of physical ailments
Program Structure:
Initial Assessment -$150.00
On or with your horse
Includes the development of an individualized home exercise program
90 minutes
Subsequent Treatments - $75.00
Therapeutic clinic treatments
60 minutes
Recommended that you receive a minimum of 4 treatments prior to a re-assessment
Re-Assessment - $115.00
On or with your horse

**Please note that any assessments that take place at a facility located more than 10 km outside the Winnipeg Perimeter (Highway 101) will be subject to an additional travel fee.
